WakaLess is a request-first property platform designed to connect you instantly with real estate agents. Instead of scrolling through endless listings, you tell us what you want, and the right agents come to you.
settings_suggest How WakaLess Works
1. Submit: You describe the property you want to rent or buy.
2. Notify: We securely alert qualified agents who match your criteria.
3. Claim: A limited number of agents (max 3) can claim your request.
4. Connect: Claimed agents receive permission to contact you directly.
fingerprint The Request Signature ID
After submitting, you'll get a Unique Request Signature ID. When an agent calls, ask them for this ID. If they have it, it proves they are a verified WakaLess agent responding to your specific request.
verified_user Safety and Verification
Every agent on WakaLess has a unique Agent ID. You can verify any agent on our Verification Page. Simply enter their ID to see their name and photo to confirm they are who they say they are.
